Ship's Cook Dana Sulprizio traveled cross-country this season to pursue his dream of transitioning from traditional restaurant food prep to the special challenges of using a wood-fired stove on an historic schooner.
Ann Bagley has returned for another season of preparing mouth-watering meals for our passengers and crew. Their recipes reflect the richness and variety of Maine's seafood and locally-sourced fruits, meats and vegetables. Meals are healthy, hearty and served family-style.
