Happy Holidays from the Williamsons
Holiday Greetings From the Williamsons
There have been many changes since Ann and I bought Maine Windjammer Cruises 30 years ago. Our girls were about the same age that our granddaughters are now. Many of you remember Kristi and Allysa from your cruises with us and those of you who have come year after year have watched them grow to adulthood.
Kristi is home for Christmas from the San Francisco Bay area where she has been pursuing her career in Yoga, Dance and Sacred Music. She is very committed to empowering and spreading a message of creativity spirituality with her students and communities. Kristi will be heading to Brazil in January to add to her studies in dance and in February she will return to India for a month sharing dance therapy with victims of human trafficking. She is also planning to lead at least one Yoga Cruise on the Grace Bailey this summer. With her busy life, we treasure the time we have with her on her visits home.
Camden students are fortunate to have Allysa in their Middle School music program. Her musical talent and enthusiasm are transmitted to all around her resulting in ambitious and excellent musical performances. As though Allysa and her husband Seth are not kept busy enough with their careers, they are also the parents of two active young girls, Aria and Isla. Aria, now four, attends preschool and had her first ice hockey lesson this fall. She is outgoing and friendly as well as a very protective big sister. At two, Isla is coming into her own and is quite the lady in charge. She is a delight and challenge all rolled into one.
Ann and I have several days a week with the girls while Allysa and Seth are at work. They are so cute and keep us on our toes. Aria and Isla are fully immersed in the spirit of the season. To their delight, Ann has included them in the holiday baking, turning out an array of baked treats including Gingerbread men & women. They are very excited about the upcoming visit from Santa Clause as only a two and four year old can be. It's wonderful to see Christmas through the eyes of children!
While time has brought changes to all of us one thing remains constant - The pleasure of welcoming so many of you aboard each summer. For the entire Williamson Family, Ann and I extend the Joy of the Season and our best wishes for a Healthy and Happy New Year to all of you.
