August 19, 2003 I've been sailing the Grace Bailey almost every week this season, and that's what I like to do best. There is no better way to enjoy Penobscot Bay than aboard a hundred-year-old windjammer. The Grace Bailey won the Great Schooner Race this summer, so our passengers enjoyed the experience of being on the first boat to cross the finish line. The Mistress beat two other boats in her class, so it was a good day for Maine Windjammer Cruises®. Throughout the summer, we race informally, but that's the big race. Now we're looking forward to the extra blue skies, brisker winds, and starry nights typical of Maine in September. We hope you'll join us. Please give us a call if you have any questions.
