Thank you for visiting Maine Windjammer Cruises®. We've offered sailing vacations on our fleet of historic vessels since 1936. The care and consideration we show you on board the Grace Bailey, Mercantile, and Mistress actually begins when you visit our website.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, and we do not sell, lend, or share your personal information unless we have your expressed permission. Sometimes we do use this information to contact you, whether it's to notify you that you've won a contest, to inform you of special offers, or to respond to an inquiry from you. If you ask us not to contact you, we will honor that request.

Payment
We require a deposit of $200 per person at the time you make your reservation. We prefer that you send a check for the balance five weeks before your boarding date. If we don't receive your check four weeks before boarding, we will deduct the balance from your credit card automatically.

Cancellation
If you find it necessary to cancel your trip, your deposit minus a $50 per person booking fee will be refunded if we receive written notice 45 days prior to your scheduled departure date (60 days for the Mistress). You may apply this fee to a cruise at any future date.

Trip Logs
All photographs submitted to the Trip Logs section of our website become the sole property of Maine Windjammer Cruises® unless you make other arrangements with us in advance.

Contest Rules
Contest prizes are awarded on a "Space Available Basis". We welcome the opportunity to have you aboard when the schooners are not filled to capacity, but we can't miss the opportunity to book a passenger paying full fare to accommodate you. If you have a "space available" reservation, we ask you to check with us as the date nears and again before you leave home to be sure there is room. If you need to make long-term plans, we'll try to work out a date far enough in advance; otherwise most confirmations are within weeks, or even days, of sailing.
