Ann’s cookbook filled with recipes gathered over her 28 years of windjammer cooking, is your cook’s guide in preparing delicious meals and unsurpassed baked goods from scratch. All cooked on a wood fired stove, they are the perfect complement to your traditional Maine Windjammer experience.
Menus reflect our Maine heritage. Heirloom recipes are tweaked to make them especially healthy and are accompanied by an array of fresh fruits, salads and vegetables. Tempting breads and desserts are baked fresh daily.
No cruise is complete without our famous Maine Lobster!
On 4-day & 5-Day cruises, enjoy a traditional Maine Lobster Bake cooked over a driftwood fire on a deserted island.
On weekend and 3-day cruises due to limited time, passengers are treated to a Lobster Feast with all the trimmings on board the schooner.
