Here's a quick & easy holiday appetizer for holiday guests!

 

 
BRIE WITH MANGO

1, 8 OZ Brie cheese, round with rind

2 T raspberry preserves

1/4 C mango, peeled & diced

1 t brown sugar

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place cheese in an 8 inch pie pan. Spread preserves on top of cheese. Then sprinkle with mango and brown sugar.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until sides are softened. Serve with crackers.
